Information collected
When you submit an enquiry, SteelFab Performance may receive your name, mobile number, email address, location, vehicle or application details, project requirements and any information you choose to share afterwards.
How it is used
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess the potential scope of work, prepare or discuss a quotation and arrange next steps. It is not sold to third parties.
Service providers
Website hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp and your own email provider may process information when those services are used. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Retention and security
The website records basic events such as starting a quote, clicking WhatsApp and whether the email provider accepted or rejected an enquiry. These event records do not include your form answers, contact details or WhatsApp message. They are recorded in the hosting service’s logs to help identify problems with the enquiry process.
Enquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, quoting, project records and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held for an enquiry, subject to applicable obligations. Contact info@steelfab.co.za.
